Who we are

111 HOUSE is a creative collective operating at the intersection of film, design, brand and visual culture. This website is tripleonehouse.com, operated by 111 HOUSE. For any privacy-related inquiry, contact us at info@tripleonehouse.com.

What data we collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our forms. Through the contact and project forms: your name, email address, organisation and the message you send us. Through the Join the Collective application: your name, email, city/country, portfolio or social link, disciplines, what you tell us about your work and, if you choose, a one-line public bio. We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial information, or data from minors.

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry or review your application. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except for the form processing service (Netlify Forms) which handles submission delivery on our behalf.

Community map

If you join the collective and explicitly tick the consent box in the application form, we publish a public profile on our community page: your name, city, disciplines, one-line bio and the link you choose. Your location is shown at city level only, never an exact address. Nothing is published without that consent. You can ask us to update or remove your profile at any time by writing to info@tripleonehouse.com. We remove it promptly, without needing a reason.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies and does not store anything in your browser. No tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics scripts are used. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking. That is also why you won't see a cookie banner here.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to manage your inquiry, and no longer than 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under EU/GDPR regulations, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@tripleonehouse.com.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Netlify (netlify.com); please refer to its privacy policy for details on how it processes data. The typeface (Space Grotesk, released under the SIL Open Font License) is served from our own server, so no requests are made to Google or any other font provider when you visit the site. If you choose to book a call, the booking takes place on Cal.com (cal.com), under its own privacy policy: we receive only the details you enter there (such as your name, email and any note you add) and use them to hold the call.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
